Covid19

This planning and guidance is subject to change in response to local public health conditions and local, state, and federal guidelines. Our existing practices, protocols and community standards are as follows: Any student that is exhibiting cold or flu symptoms is asked not to participate in our in-person activities.

Participants aged 5 and up will need to show proof of having received two doses of any FDA or WHO authorized Covid-19 vaccine. Valid forms of vaccination include CDC vaccination record (photocopies are acceptable), Excelsior Pass, or NYC Covid Safe App.Within our in-person enrichment programs, masks are suggested but optional for all participants and staff. We will continue to have our windows and doors open when possible, and sanitize tables and bathrooms regularly.

Nut Free Zone

In an effort to increase the safety and well-being of all our students, Hex&Co. Enrichment Program is a “Nut-Free Zone” and prohibits any person from eating and/or taking out products that contain tree nuts or nuts in general. Meaning, we prohibit any person from eating and/or taking out products that contain tree nuts or nuts. Examples of tree nuts include, but are not limited to, walnut, almond, hazelnut, cashew, pistachio, and Brazil nuts.
